Ethan Deutsch was the technician they sent who isolated the problem in minutes and got it back working. He also completed the servicing and found a gas leak at the gas regulator that needed fixing. This issue would have gone undetected for who knows how long. Finally, I was very satisfied with their service and technician and recommend their VIP service program and annual inspection.“
