Great Clips in Smyrna didn’t cut my hair right. As soon as I landed in St. Paul, MN., I googled the closest great clips and they fixed my hair. Called it a “redo” as I was just at a salon 4 days ago! I’m am so grateful!!☺️

Sara was great. She was able to reason what would work with my hair and what would not. When I asked her what product would be best, she told me about the stuff they had in house, and when I asked about stuff at Target, she said it will not be of salon quality but should be still excellent for me. That is the sort of honesty I appricate that keeps me coming back. Up selling policiers should pay attention.4 stars because they didn't come up to the desk to confirm my prescheduled appointment when I entered. Thought I might have been forgotten.

Really not sure why people decide to give reviews on the workers in particular. They ridicule them and defer responsibility of everything back to the hairstylist. This is not just a "service industry" position, you are expected to cater to each specific person's needs (which differ every time - do you like to talk? Do you not like to talk? Etc) so treating your hairstylist like they're a machine without feelings. I get that you were raised in America, and you were taught that "business is business," but hairstylists are humans, with feelings, physical pains, their own lives, and their own personalities.
