We had a water damage incident and called in on a Sunday. From the very beginning everyone was very responsive and professional. We worked with Mark who came out to assess and work on the damage that had been done, over the course of a few days he had completed what needed to be done and made sure we were aware of what was going on each step. After having previously dealt with Restoration Network and having a horrible experience, we were a little nervous about the work that would be done. But we could not be more happy with this experience and would recommend SOS Restoration to anyone who is in need of these kinds of services. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
I am so happy with the job that SOS Cleaning and Restoration did for me. Mark removed the cabinet shelf where there was mold from a recent leak from my reverse osmosis. He cleaned all the mold that was under it and on the sides. He also moved out my dishwasher and cut a piece of the floor under it to check for mold. He treated everything with a solution, so mold won’t grow back. He did a very thorough job and is very knowledgeable about what he does.
