“I engaged 2Code Exteriors to help me through an insurance claim for hail damage. While my insurance company initially denied my claim (except for dents in vents and other metals), 2Code was persistent, professional, methodical and knowledgeable. In the end I got a new roof, new vents and valley metals, new window wraps, new siding, and even new screens on my porch. The end result exceeded my expectations considerably.

Throughout the process the individuals I worked with on site and in the office were awesome. They listened to my concerns, desires and (a few) complaints, and responded professionally and to my satisfaction. In any major construction project, problems and issues will arise. In my case, several window screens were damaged when a crew was tearing off old siding; 2Code repaired and replaced them all. Some new porch shingles were damaged by improper ladder placement on a hot day while workers were installing new siding; again 2Code replaced the damaged shingles. I never paid for anything unless I elected an upgrade (e.g. better siding than what insurance would pay for). 2Code went the extra mile for me to find the siding I wanted that wasn't available locally, and to get it painted by an expert crew.

We are experiencing water damage in our garage and after many dead ends calling multiple companies, I was told to contact the company who did our roofing before we owned the home to see if it could be a warranty claim. I had incorrect information and thought it was Tyther when it was not. Nonetheless, Tim talked me through what the issue could be over the phone and was prompt about communicating. “Cedar Valley had replaced a roof for someone else in my neighborhood and noticed that I might have some damage from a recent hail storm. After inspecting the roof, they explained why it needed to be replaced and supported me through the process of justifying to my insurance company why the hail had caused the damage and required replacement. The crew did an excellent and quick job of replacing my house and shed roof with the highest quality materials. I am only not giving a full five stars due to some lapses in communication and the timeline between initial visit and the completion of the roof replacement. The quality of the work was excellent.“
