We are experiencing water damage in our garage and after many dead ends calling multiple companies, I was told to contact the company who did our roofing before we owned the home to see if it could be a warranty claim. I had incorrect information and thought it was Tyther when it was not. Nonetheless, Tim talked me through what the issue could be over the phone and was prompt about communicating. Even though he was confident it was not a roofing issue (nor their problem to fix, as they work with insurance claims) he still came to our house to look at the roof and determined it was a crack in the fireplace chimney. He took photos for me and described in detail what he thinks the issue is so I could pass the information on to a chimney repair company, saving me so much time and further headache.
