They were good at communicating, punctual, and John and Cole treated the upgrades as they would their own home. They were quick to respond to any questions and addressed our concerns. We also enjoyed working with the plumber PDR contracted for this project. They worked efficiently to get inspections matched up the work that was completed. The majority of the work was completed by the end of the timeline provided but we are waiting on the manufactured glass shower door at time of posting this review.”
