“I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. “We used Pro24 and Joe Ashton to take a look at our roof after a storm. He and his brother were very thorough and after a couple of hours and 50 pictures determined that there was a lot of damage. They did most all of the work with my insurance company to get coverage for the damage, including helping resolve some resistance from the insurance company. After getting approval, they handled all of the arrangements for getting the roof repaired/replaced and Joe was hands on supervising the roofers to make certain it was done correctly. Joe and his brother were very courteous and helpful, never once trying to sell us anything that wasn't needed. The results were excellent.
