To the check in and the exam to getting glasses and the knowledge they had about lenses and the different coatings and things my insurance covers that could be extra charges but we're already on the lenses they made me feel very welcome I had gotten a pair of cocoons my boyfriend and I the earlier in the month! “I went in to get my glasses tighten because they were falling off my face. The screw needed to be replaced. I was greeted by a VERY friendly young lady Jade! She replaced the screw and took very good care of me. Jade was very nice. I wasn't there to purchase anything and she still was friendly and gave me very good customer service.
