Pamala, the optician, is described as funny, engaging, and helpful, going the extra mile to find the perfect pair of glasses. The optical department, especially Pam, did graceful work to repair eyeglass frames and handled situations promptly, reflecting hometown service with a smile. The staff are friendly, helpful, and patient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although the front staff are nice, some may find the conversation limited, making the experience feel a bit awkward. Overall, the clinic is commended for its smooth appointment flow and excellent service.
I brought in a pair of glasses that I didn’t even purchase from them because one of the nose pieces was missing and not only did they take the time to fix it, but they wouldn’t even take money for it. Prior to this I’ve been to three different places and they wouldn’t even look at it.
WB Eye Clinic has invested heavily in new technology. I love how they are so forward thinking when it comes to my eye health. The data and information gathered by the multiple new technologies will provide a good baseline for the future as my eyes age.
I’ve been going to White Bear Eye Clinic for many years; long enough that two of my previous docs have retired. I saw a new doc this time, Dr. Moe. She was great… attentive, thorough, and personable. I highly recommend this eye clinic and Dr. Moe!
