We have been using White Bear Eye Clinic & Optical for years. I switched from the “mall” places and I’m glad I did.I just had my annual visit with Dr. Allyson Caspers and highly recommend her. She was thorough, professional and took the time to discuss every concern. Pamala is my favorite optician. She is funny, engaging and always a pleasure to work with when picking out frames and fitting. The entire team here is great and they definitely deserve 5 stars!
The doctor was fabulous and I felt that my concerns were addressed. The front staff were nice, but conversation felt short. Making it feel a bit awkward, but the appointment flowed smoothly.
Pam is the best in town , so helpful and very patent while I looked and tried on every pair of glasses. She even went out of her way to find a pair that she new I would love ! Any one looking for some great glasses , go see Pam she will ensure you find the best pair !
