The store manager Thanh Nguyen was super kind and considerate! She really helped me with an issue with my glasses that was plaguing me for weeks and immediately resolved it and answered any questions I had. I will be coming back if I have the same issue!
Dr. Micheal and his staff were so kind and generous with us. My son sat on his glasses and the screw popped out. Not only did they welcome us in but they worked on the glasses for an hour (it was bent and tricky hinge) and they succeeded in fixing them. Thank you so much!
Thanh was really nice and helpful!
She was able to reattach the arm of my daughter's glasses in just a couple minutes and didn't worry about the fact that we didn't get the glasses from here!
I really appreciate it!!
