I was traveling for work, got a tear in one of my contacts without a backup. Called in and spoke with Kim who helped me get everything taken care of, new contacts ordered at a TREMENDOUS price. When it came time to get me trial contacts to wear in the meantime, she helped with getting the information to my eye doctor back in Illinois and solved all of my problems like an absolute professional!! Highly recommend and the care and service could not have been any better!!!
Kim and Karla are awesomely awesome! I purchased one pair of Costa prescription eyeglasses from them and was so pleased with the quality of the glasses and the service, I bought a second pair. Walmart Vision Center in Roseville, MN rocks! :)
Everyone here was SO helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is affordable as well.
I had been going to a fancy eye doctor for years, and in one visit here I was told more new information about my unique eye needs than I ever was at the old doctor.
I was also given more samples of contacts than I was ever given before.
They also helped my partner figure out getting glasses for the first time in 20 years - he needed bifocals which I had no experience with. He loves his new glasses so much!
