“One of the 3 keys I ordered the first time didn't work and I was given a refund for the entire purchase (meaning, including the 2 keys that worked) - I provided a picture showing why it may have not been working (although I wasn't asked to), but no request to return anything was even required. I re-ordered the 1 key again along with another different one and both worked great. So, despite 1 key not working initially, I still ended up with the 4 keys needed...given the state of customer service these days, I give this experience a 5/5, easy.“
“These guys are great. They have been able to cut multiple keys for me. I've had snowmobile keys, weird lock keys, door keys, barrel keys, and various automotive keys cut by them.
