Zach was knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced my front door knob and deadbolt quickly with precision. My only disappointment was their dispatchers seem rushed and frankly crabby. They could do better with that. But thanks for the great new front door system!

Returned from vacation and realized we had lost our truck keys! We had called a few other places only to get the runaround. Being from out of town we felt stuck. Called Emerald, and from time of call, to start of service was less than 30 minutes! Kendrick was FANTASTIC! He was friendly, understanding and reprogrammed our new key within 45 minutes. Thank you, Emerald and Kendrick for a job well done! Highly recommend their services!!

Came home from a vacation and I had lost my keys and was left without a car. Dave came and helped me get new ones made and had exceptional communication and did a excellent job. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith’s services
