Hi,Just returned and tried out the key and it doesn’t work! Con close examination it did not cut it correctly. Please advise.I am about to go out to Menards and report the problem.Please advise!John BensonJohn BensonJu

Tried this for the first time today, after finding that a new lock I bought came with only one key. The process is so simple. Just insert your key into the slot on the machine, select key type you want from the screen display, and bingo! Key is cut & delivered. Most importantly, the key works fine. I'll definitely use again.

What this ever easy! I lost the extra key for my truck so only had one. I saw this kiosk at Menards and tried it. Delivery of the key was on the slow side (4-5 days) but that didn't bother me. Plug the key your duplicating into the kiosk and boom! Took just a few minutes.
