“One of the 3 keys I ordered the first time didn't work and I was given a refund for the entire purchase (meaning, including the 2 keys that worked) - I provided a picture showing why it may have not been working (although I wasn't asked to), but no request to return anything was even required. I re-ordered the 1 key again along with another different one and both worked great. So, despite 1 key not working initially, I still ended up with the 4 keys needed...given the state of customer service these days, I give this experience a 5/5, easy.“
