“The staff were overall very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted but didn’t understand their process at first. The gentleman that works there explained we had to sign-in with our phone number and to select our service. Afterwards, we were informed to have a seat until someone is available to help us. We did wait a bit for someone to become available, however, we were apart of a reserved appointment and there was a lot of us in the group. The nail experience was fabulous and Amy did an amazing job on my toes! The massage was nice and I wish it was a little bit longer. I got the deluxe pedicure and I do wish that it included a hot wax, however, the hot towel wrap was just fine. I’d recommend this salon to others. I do wish they were more upfront about pricing prior to service beginning and I also wish the prices weren’t too expensive. For my daughter’s acrylic nails as a French tip, they charged us $95 for and a dip nail was $70! I feel that this is overpriced for sure and is way cheaper at my usual salon that I go to. Be prepared to pay at least $100 for a manicure and pedicure if you go as they also up charge you $15 each for gel nail polish.“

“My experience at Jazzy nails was so amazing. Very clean and the Tech is very polite and professional. She ask what you want and she gets the job done. Oh and the massage chair is amazing while get your feet done your also get a back and leg massage. I’ll definitely be back to Jazzy nails and spa..“

I came in pretty nervous with concerns about my natural nails and she took the time to listen, explain what would be best and why, and make sure we understood each other before starting. Throughout the appointment she checked in often and welcomed feedback, making adjustments as needed to get the look just right.

I also enjoyed a very relaxing pedicure. The private, one-on-one studio setting made the entire experience feel calm and comfortable. I’m so happy I found her and look forward to coming back!“

“I dont go to many nail salons anymore because it’s very expensive. I’ve been doing my own gel manicure’s at home for a couple years. I felt like I needed a “cleanup” and have now seen Van twice. The only complaint I have is she got a little aggressive with the nail file this time. The tips and sides of my fingers are cut and still sore after 5 days. I still think Van’s is a beautiful, clean shop. My nails turn out beautiful every time.“
