Got sent there by Samsung. Was given a good idea of the timing, ie. it was hard for them to pinpoint duration, but they said I could stay in touch in case things went quickly, which they did. I was able to plan around that well. I only have one phone, so knowing how to deal with not having it for some hour(s) was important.

Great spot- I broke my screen on a Google 6 which they repaired within an hour of drop off. I'm not sure what other repairs they do here but it's worth checking out before buying a replacement phone.

Called to have my cracked iphone screen replaced and they found time the same day. I waited while they put on the new screen and the cost was reasonable. Plus they are located in the Midtown Market so I could have strolled around there. All around great experience!
