I had an easy time getting the flu test I needed, and the doctor who saw me was fantastic at answering all my questions and following up about my results. Reception was also courteous and willing to help with filling out forms. I live off-campus, but I'd still rather come here than go to Mayo or another place for these types of simpler services. I felt comfortable and cared for during my appointment- thank you to the staff!!

I called for an estimate. It was scheduled quickly. They were on time for the appointment. I had questions that were thoroughly answered. I had questions after they left, and they called me back right away. Great experience. I ordered the windows. I'll update after installation.
We were very impressed with Mock's Landscaping! Our builder connected us with Curt & he came out to talk about our needs, and measure our lot. He quickly sent us an estimate & followed up to make sure to get us on the schedule as it was filling up. The crew he sent to work with us were hard-working, receptive to our requests and very friendly. Curt was out often in the 2 day process to make sure everything was progressing well & to inform us as to how to care for our sod. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Mock's for any landscaping/sod work.
Beyond thankful - and impressed - with the efforts of Eric at Maschka Personal Injury Law. My parents were in a very difficult and complicated situation after an accident where the at-fault driver was uninsured. Eric was a steady hand and a calming influence to my parents, as he managed to step into this situation and make the best of it. First time trying this new barber shop. David was great, really understood what he was doing and held a conversation for the entire cut something a lot of barbers don't do.
I booked a hair cut with Emilee, requesting a trim, layers, and curtain bangs. And let me tell you, she knocked it out of the park!!! I was a little skeptical of the curtains bangs. I’ve always wanted them but have a hard time committing to change with my hair. And it was the best decision I ever made! I LOVE them. She made me feel super comfortable the whole time and was able to create exactly what I was looking for. I will absolutely be coming back to see Emilee from now on!

We are road trippers and I almost always get a great cut from Great Clips, no mater where we are. There’s a rare occasion that I get a not so great cut, but hey, it’s just hair, and it’s never terrible. I’ve been using them for many years.
I have been coming in for my haircut for years now, always a great service and super friendly, Amy, Angela, and the rest of the team always exceed expectations. I have noticed how short staff they are, it's hard to even book an appointment at this point, closing Sundays would likely alleviate some of the burden.

Extremely friendly staff, did an amazing job. I’ve been going to every barbershop around town and no one can seem to cut my hair right. I came here and they did an amazing job, were very quick (was in and out in about 15min), and held a conversation with me the whole time. Best barbershop in all of Mankato, hands down. Also had the best price I’ve ever gotten for a quality hair cut, love these guys!

Had a great experience here today. I don’t get my nails done often and I left wanting to make it a regular thing. Every employee I interacted with was kind and outgoing and genuinely seemed happy to talk to me. Nhan did my nails beautifully and shared some knowledge about nail shape with me. I will absolutely be going back and might become a nail girlie after this. :)
It was amazing, they did an incredible job?! I was very impressed by their variety of colors and nails designs they could do! I had a Helix piercing done by Brandon and he did a great job! He set me at ease by telling me what was happening as well as educating me about the piercing I was getting and piercings in general. A very passionate artist who I would definitely trust to do another. The price was also reasonable.

General rooter is amazing. They came to my house the same day. Video cam to know what the problem is and the best way to fix it. They also work with you with payments. I will always call them again in a heart beat with my plumbing/sewer problems. Especially my kids won't get sick. And when General rooter employees are very nice, understanding, comes ASAP to solve the problem and plus General rooter treats you like family. General rooter calls you to check up on how the plumbing/sewer are still working like they should. Please if you have any sewer or plumbing problems don't forget to call General Rooter of Southern MN they know exactly what their doing. Amazing job. Their a life saver.<3

Amazing work done by Lorentz Construction!! They did all of the basement digging, basement cement pour, garage floor, sidewalks and driveway. We had several different crews with the same results from each. The employees are professional and extremely hard workers. Everyone has their specific jobs and all of the supervisors are very organized, and treat their employees with respect. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. You can tell that the employees are treated well because this is a reflection of their positive attitudes and work ethic. The end result of all their work is amazing!!
We had Kopischke Seamless Gutter replace all of our gutters, downspouts, as well as add gutter covers a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job, including hooking up our rain barrel. The gutters look great and function beautifully. We called recently to have one of our extensions lengthened. The rep was out the next day and did the job on the spot, The quick response was much appreciated as we were expecting more rain following a recent 6 inch rain. Excellent customer service!

I was able to get my cat Pickles in for limping first thing in the morning. Somehow she dislocated her hip! The staff was very personable and explained every step in detail. Pickles was well taken care of and now I have a happy, healthy kitty!
We unfortunately lost our sweet dog Roxy the other day but Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital was a blessing for us. Losing our sweet girl was completely unexpected and she was not going to make it to her usual vet out of town. I had called around to other places and they referred us to emergency clinics in the Twin Cities. As we started our drive there, Roxy started to decline fast and we knew she was passing. We knew she wasn't going to make it to either the emergency vet or to her usual clinic out of town.
We decided to stop at MVPH as we knew Roxy's time was near and we just needed to make her comfortable. Unfortunately, she passed away in the car just as we arrived. That didn't stop the staff from being so extremely kind and gracious to us. Although we aren't patients here, they still treated us with kindness, compassion, and didn't hesitate to help us when we were grieving our girl. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me at the front desk. She was so kind and helped us get Roxy out of our car and into the room where we were able to comfortably spend time with her and say our goodbyes. We didn't feel rushed. We kept apologizing for coming in and being so distraught and not even being patients of theirs but everyone was just so kind. While we will miss Roxy with our whole hearts, MVPH helped us say our goodbyes and made us feel very taken care of.
Edited to add that I understand that they do not provide immediate emergency services at their location. We were desperate and needed a place to either utilize euthanasia or in this case have a place to help us say our goodbyes after she passed in the car.

I always receive an amazing massage here. I've never booked an appointment, always use the walk in service and have never had to wait long. I select the length and type of massage I want at the start.
Clothing can be kept on for a basic massage, but often opt for an oil massage to relieve deep tissue knots in my shoulders. This often requires additional pressure, but am always asked if I'm comfortable and can communicate if it's not right for me. Additional services and time are offered and I can make the decision if I would like to indulge in extras or stick to my original massage. If I'm ever unclear on the price, all I have to do is ask. I've had massages at multiple salons, resorts, cruise spas, etc and this beats them all hands down. The convenience of walk in has allowed me to focus on my overall well-being at a reasonable budget. I highly recommend this for relief of chronic musculoskeletal pain. As with any massage, ask the right questions and advocate for yourself to ensure the service meets your expectations.
