Great service and reliable! They were able to fit me in the schedule same day. They were very helpful, found the root of the problem with the camera. They also made sure everything was working, before they left. Very reasonable priced.

Desperate for help 4:00pm on a Friday, I left a message on General Rooter’s voice mail. Getting a phone call early Saturday morning from Jason saying he would be at the house in 30 minutes. He snaked the basement drain to get the water down the best they could and would be back Monday morning. Using the camera they found a broken pipe, with lots of roots, near the street. The broken pipe replaced, branches and roots cleared…job done!! Jason would explain what was needed and how they were going to fix the problem. He also sent before and after pictures. Super nice guy! Main Line Was Backed Up. Jason & Bobby Were Quick & Responsive. Told Us Right Away What Was Wrong. Main Sewer Pipe Was Broken. They Had It Fixed As Soon As Possible. Aryn & Ryan Did An Amazing Job Replacing The Sewer Pipe. Definitely Will Always Be Our First Call When Having Sewer/Plumbing Issues. Thank You So Much General Rooter. Your Entire Team Is Amazing!
