We just had our furnace replaced by Prange’s oh my gosh blow away by the customer support that was given by this team. Especially Josh Sailor who was my installer whom taught me a lot about the system. He is ver humble and shows a lot of empathy. The other Josh was nice too when they where sent to investigate. Who ever is behind this team as a manager is doing well at putting people together that are passionate about their profession and maintain their integrity. Real MN nice vibes! Thank you so much!

I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Mark came out to give me a quote and took his time looking around my entire house, asking and answering all of my questions. I was able to get other estimates from 2 other companies in town and they did not compare on any level with the customer service I received from Mark at Boelter.Because of the amazing weather they were able to stick with the tentative scheduled date and got started right away. The crew had to remove my stucco, wrap windows and doors and put up the steel siding. They worked diligently and meticulously and made quick work of a big job. The crew was extremely friendly and went above and beyond my expectations with their detailed work. They cleaned up around my house daily and that was very much appreciated. Keegan was always available to answer any questions that I had during the project.When the job was completed someone came out and did a walk around with me and noted things that I had noticed and had someone come out the next day to “fix” them. They had one more guy come out to check that those things were completed as they wanted to make sure that everything was done to satisfaction. Top of the line company, top of the line work and I recommend them to everyone I talk to. Thanks to a great company!!
