This company has fantastic customer service! I am a new customer and they responded to my issue within 2 hours on a Friday! My experience with center point energy was awful. After 30 years of paying a monthly fee I was told I would have to wait a week to get service. I recommend MRI to all! Locally owned company❣️
They answered their phone before business hours and instantly rerouted one of their drivers who was headed to another project, to go to our property to look at the furnace that was not working. I genuinely appreciated the quick response, as the temperature in the home was falling. MRI never lets us down!
