Oh my goodness I can’t say enough good! Katelyn is amazing ! She took a very bad color job from a different salon and corrected it ! It looks amazing ! Make an appointment with her you won’t be sorry!
I came in once, they colored my hair nicely however it wasnt what i asked for. I showed a photo, i explained that i wanted my brown hair to be kept just to be more blended. I wanted a balayage type look. I came out looking more blond than expected, and i felt it made me look old. She asked when we were done if i liked it, i had no time to have it fixed so i just said its very different and went home. I spent 220 dollars on this appointment and it was my first salon experience so i was unsure of what to do. I reached out to the salon and they said they will redo it for free. I got my hair from Kennedi, and she is doing so amazing!! ?
This was my first time getting my hair done in the US, and I was nervous and anxious about explaining what I wanted to do.
However, when I first walked into the salon, I changed my mind because the manager greeted me warmly, as did Kennedi.
She is very respectful and keeps checking and letting me know each step. Also, she answered very kindly to every question I had for 4 hours!
