Full transparency, I went into this experience feeling nervous and unsure. Katie is truly the reason this experience has been so incredible. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to detail, which instantly put me at ease. She explained every step clearly, checked in with me throughout the session, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her confidence and expertise really showed.
