The intake process and front desk staff were fast, competent and friendly making polite conversation without keeping people waiting. Dana Peterson CNP was extremely professional and took extra time to ensure that not only did she understand my issues and symptoms but that I understood my situation and options. Being nervous about my neck to the extent that my heart rate was elevated, the nurse joked with me about my shoes and helped take my mind off things while deftly gathering vitals. This location is not only competent, efficient and friendly but one of the best experiences I have ever had at any clinic.
