I have Sacroiliac Joint dysfunction, I was already in a lot of pain and I hate needles. To know that I need injections made my anxiety worse. When you don't know who is going to take care of you during your procedure is very frightening especially when you're already in a lot pain and you're scared that they won't have any compassion for others who are truly scared of the hospitals, clinics, the instruments etc. Dr Fredricks was truly kind to me, the imaging employee name Kim was the best. Dr. Fredericks has been so helpful through my back pain journey. He is a doctor who will actually listen to you, show empathy, and identify steps to make progress. The nursing staff has also been so nice and helpful - Nate, Ali, Kristie. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone suffering with pain!

Once I decided to move forward with my back issues I was very skeptical about how I was going to be treated completely surprised by how everyone treated me and explained what they wanted to do including the possibility of surgery to fix the issues and get me better and now I'm excited to move forward with everything and a huge thank you to the team that's helping me out Dr Kimberly and Matt I don't remember everyone's name but thank you
