I went with my cousin to her appointment with Dr. Coverstone to take notes. He was so patient with her as he put her through testing and getting her hearing aids adjusted. He also answered all our questions. We never felt rushed or dismissed.
Best yet he offered to find me the LACE software at a lower price. It is needed to improve my cousin's listening skills and have her read lips less.
