Robert McNearney Custom Homes is a dependable company that does quality work and is great to work with. The builder made building a home feel easy and as easy as possible, even for first-time home builders. The entire process was enjoyable. The team guides clients through each step with patience and expertise, explaining in detail what the process looks like and taking the time to answer all questions. They are there to help take care of your biggest investment. The company designed and built homes on budget and on time, working directly with the bank to ensure the project was consistently within budget. The builder kept in regular contact with both clients and the sub-contractors. Staff always answered the phone and were ready and willing to address any questions or concerns. Everyone was responsive, professional, and followed through. The builder himself answered calls directly, with no receptionist or waiting line music, and responded within a very short period of time. Clients are impressed with the process and continue to be impressed by the quality of the homes, which are built just how they wanted and live well. They built beautiful homes that clients love and are very happy with, homes where they build memories. The team helped to make dream homes come to life, going above and beyond to adjust or touch up items. Clients would happily recommend McNearney Homes to anyone looking to build and would absolutely call them first to build again.
If you are looking to build a custom home, my husband and I highly recommend Robert McNearney Custom Homes. We had a home built by Robert (Bob) in 2025 and have now been living there 9 months; we couldn't be happier with the results.
Our project started with the teardown of an existing house, which Bob took care of. Working with Bob to create the design and navigate the teardown and build was such a great experience. His eye for detail is nothing but amazing and he made the entire process seamless.

Bob and Kyle are great and easy to work with. Our home is truly beautiful, but it has its issues. I have been putting off doing a review for awhile now, but today I feel like it needs to be said. The quality in work is not there. We have been here 2 1/2 years and everything held up fine the first “warranty/workmenship” year. This past summer it’s been a nightmare. Closest doors falling off their rails, door corners constantly chipping, base board trim paint is chipping even where a vacuum doesn’t touch it, floor squeaks like no other(which is now discontinued even tho it was the best thing around at the time), loose plumbing, hardware around the house come to...read full review
