Ok. So this is why I have fallen in love with HOTWORX!! It's absolutely amazing. Worked all day and still be looking forward to working out. And since the workouts can be 15 minutes with still major calorie burn, I'm not overwhelmed by it! Even after I leave the sauna, my body stays in a higher burn for 60 min! Now.... The sweat is on another level however so worth it. If ya wanna try it just go online and request a free visit. You'll hate me at first. Then you'll thank me #HOTWORX St Louis Park West end.

Great workouts! Super nice staff! I honestly did not think I’d like it at first because it’s so different than what I’m used to but gave it a couple more tries and now I love it! Great workout and def seeing results!

Absolutely love working out here! Talk about a sweat session in 40 minutes or less! Love how efficient but also productive the workouts are! It keeps you coming back for more! Also enjoying all the other benefits of better sleep, clearer skin, and just overall wellness!
