Being in need of both a furnace and AC, I called around to several places but Mike just seemed to be more genuine and looking to help me out. It took us a week to agree to get the work done and Mike and crew were out the following week. His price was great, he came when he said and stayed until the job was completed. Valley Plumbing recently replaced my hot water heater. They were very nice to work with and I felt very comfortable. I needed hot water right away! They were here within 45 minutes, installed the new hot water heater, educated me about the unit that they installed prior to leaving. I had hot water in 3 hours beginning with the phone call I made to them and the service conclusion! Excellent!

We had our water heater replaced and could not be happier with the service provided. From Nicole and Michael all the way down the line we felt like they had our best interest in mind.
