“Valley Heating and Plumbing this company was sent to us by one of Home Owners Warranty companies. Our Hot Water Heater started leaking. Valley came out to our home immediately. Unfortunately, the Home Warranty company denied our claim?
However my husband called Valley Plumbing back and asked if they could come back out and replace our Hot Water Heater with us paying. Needless to say that the receptionist was puzzled why our claim was denied with the Home Warranty. She told us that one of there plumbers would be back out that day before the end of business. Valley Heating and Plumbing was back at our home with an hour or two. The Plumbers got to work and came back upstairs to let me know what they were doing step by step. We were impressed how quickly they came back out to replace our Water Heater also how professional they were. The job was completed within 2 hours. They even cleaned up behind themselves. There was a small hiccup a few days later a small leak. My husband called Valley plumbing back and the owner came out the next day earlier than the time given. He was very nice, professional and explained what was happening. The plumbers came back the problem was fixed. May we say thank you to the Home Warranty Company for sending Valley Heating and Plumbing our way. If you have any Plumbing or heating issues Valley is the company to go with based here in Minnesota. A disappointment turned into a positive. Valley saved our basement from flooding. Thank you Valley Heating and Plumbing.

“We had leaking wax ring, unknown to us, bring down our finished lower level ceiling on Christmas Eve with 11 relatives at our home. I called Roger Vadnais Plumbing at 8:01 on Dec 26th. Roger had a plumber, Gordy, at our house by about 8:45AM. By 9:30AM the leaking wax ring was diagnosed and replaced with a raised flange/new wax ring and toilet reset and operable.We had a new wood floor installed in about 2016. The floor installers did not raise the flange to take into account the thickness of the ne flooring material but just used two wax rings to compensate which caused the long term leak causing ceiling below to become saturated and subsequently fail. If you replace flooring be sure to have a plumber reinstall the toilet to avoid this problem.We have used Roger Vadnais Plumbing whenever we have needed a plumber’s help since we purchased our home in 1993 and we recommend them highly.“

“Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“
