“I was looking for a contractor to repair decking and rebuild the water proofing under the deck boards on my veranda. I live in St Paul and the buildings was built in 1915. The decking had never been fixed or repaired in all those years. MV Builders was one of 3 bids and not only did their quote come in as the best prices but MV communication was also the best of all three. He explained exactly what he was going to do, stayed on budget, did quality work and ahead of schedule. I recommend this company to anyone needing work done to their home. I would use them again in a second! I should also mention there’s parts of the deck that I need to get painted, but the weather is too cold to paint so I don’t want the reviewers to think the deck was left unfinished in anyway , it wasn’t. And yes, that is the owner MV in the pictures doing the work.“

“Ethan worked with me from start to finish to make sure my roof and gutters were repaired quickly (one of the first homes fixed on the block!) and correctly after an intense hailstorm with extensive damage to all the homes in my neighborhood. Along with a free, no obligation initial inspection to determine whether I should open an insurance claim, Ethan was on-site during the insurance adjuster's inspection to work with the adjuster to ensure all damage was included in the claim. Ethan was also on-site during the re-roofing and gutter replacement to make sure everything went smoothly. “Have a rental property where the carpet was removed and needed to be refinished. It was in rough shape with some permeant damage due to pets. They did a decent job on getting it to the best shape they could. Pricing was straight forward up front and seemed fair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on getting the stains out. My understanding as they were all going to be removed but they were not and the finish was put over them. It was a little frustrating but there could have been a misunderstanding on my end and after discussing with him I see the pricing could not have reflected that type of work. I needed to do something to satisfy the local rental inspector and this did the job. Besides the stains the floor looks really nice! I would still recommend them for any job.Service: Restoration“
