“I’ve been here a couple times—once for a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed, and most recently for a custom job of turning a dress into a skirt.
The bridesmaid dress was done on time, exactly as expected, and reasonably priced.
The skirt…… oh. my. goodness. My tailor, Phuong, has superpowers. I came in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday with a custom rush job to be done by the following Wednesday (with them closed on Sunday), and it was done less than 48 hours later! She went above and beyond to make it even more perfect than I could’ve possibly imagined. I was quoted $100 upfront for the job, which I initially thought was pretty steep but agreed anyway (since I was desperate for the rush), but after the project being completed so fast and SO WELL DONE, this price was definitely fair. I’m truly blown away at how amazing the skirt turned out. Thank you Phuong!!!!

“Had them repair a few sweaters that had developed holes in them. Told them I was in no rush to get them back, but they had everything finished next-day with even better looking results than I could have hoped for. Couldn’t be happier!“

“Hand-washing and stain-removal services are available which is great because my garment was a 100% organic cotton dress. I knew dry cleaning wouldn't be good for it and I was too nervous to try cleaning it at home as it's somewhat long and bulky (has a bubble skirt/lots of fabric). But, Wayzata Home and Laundry took great care of it. It was gently used and thrifted. Now it's clean and looks like new.

Only complaint is that there was a little brown mark near the hem. I'm not sure where it came from as they bag and hang your garment for you to take home. Lucky I was able to easily wipe it off with a damp cloth.

Staff was friendly and answered my questions. I'm happy with the overall condition of my garment. I would go back.“

When meeting with the associate at the Eden Prairie location, not only did he identify the work badly needed, but suggested both shoes be assessed for re-souling. Two weeks later, the shoes came back looking as though they had just come out of the factory. Low cost repairs with high- caliber results. This place has the experts.
A few weeks later, I needed some hem work done at the Edina location where I was told of a seamstress named Lolly, who understood I wanted a black rose patch (provided by me) placed on a moth-inflicted hole on my black cotton Henrley. The associate who answered my phone call at the Edina location a week later, MacKenzie, was thorough in locating my garment and informing me that not only had the patchwork been finished, but now the garment was getting cleaned to boot.
My grandfather owned a haberdashery in Argentina and the level of service I have experienced at Mulberry's is old-world classic customer service. Great work!!!“
