I brough my heavily beaded with tulle wedding dress to Imagine Stitch. I was looking for a place that didn’t make me come in for a certain amount of appointments and would specifically look at what my concerns were. I was able to talk to the stylist and we agreed on what needed to be done. I got my dress back about one month later!

I brought my favorite rain jacket in to get the zipper replaced (even though I knew it would be an expensive fix). When I returned to pick it up, I was told that they were able to repair the existing zipper so there would be no charge! Even though they had to purchase a new zipper for my jacket, they gave me a full refund. Wonderful and honest customer service. Made my day.

I have nothing but great things to say about Imagine Stitch! I called for last minute alterations and they were able to fit me in same day. The customer service and quality of work is truly amazing. Highly recommend!
