The store manager at this location Moji helps everyone with a very warm and friendly attitude. She always suggests wonderful ideas for any kind of apparel that needs alterations, especially gowns to wear at a wedding, prom or any other formal occasion. I was very happy with the fitting and also the welcoming attitude of the staff. The place is clean and very relaxing.“

At the time I purchased it, it had fit me, however, just a few months later and all of a sudden it was so tight I couldn't breathe! Reza worked his magic just by loosening a single seam and all of a sudden the whole dress fit like a glove. He did a wonderful job tailoring the bottom to the shoes I was wearing the day-of as well. Today I dropped off two wool coats, one rather valuable due to its age and rarity, but more importantly, it’s sentimental value. It was covered in my American Bulldog’s fur, who I lost to bone cancer less than a year ago. The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind and empathetic to my circumstances and took several minutes to just talk with me about him and then shared her story about her own dog’s passing not long ago. The connection to our humanity, and genuine rapport with one’s clientele is a key factor in my decisions about where I spend my money. “I’ve been here a couple times—once for a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed, and most recently for a custom job of turning a dress into a skirt.
The bridesmaid dress was done on time, exactly as expected, and reasonably priced.
The skirt…… oh. my. goodness. My tailor, Phuong, has superpowers. I came in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday with a custom rush job to be done by the following Wednesday (with them closed on Sunday), and it was done less than 48 hours later! She went above and beyond to make it even more perfect than I could’ve possibly imagined. I was quoted $100 upfront for the job, which I initially thought was pretty steep but agreed anyway (since I was desperate for the rush), but after the project being completed so fast and SO WELL DONE, this price was definitely fair. I’m truly blown away at how amazing the skirt turned out. Thank you Phuong!!!!

“Loc and Gau did an amazing job with my custom dress alteration. It’s my wedding dress so it meant a lot to me, and they absolutely took that to heart. I’ll definitely come back with future projects because they do beautiful work!

They listened to my ideas and contributed their expertise, and it came out amazing. I asked them to rearrange the straps on my dress so I could wear a bra with it. They built new straps that tapered from wide to narrow (and the shape was perfect) and added a straight panel across the back, plus they took out some elastic that had been put in where I didn’t want it.
