Jayson and Chloe at 53rd Street were very helpful! When Jayson recognized that alterations were delayed beyond the promised deadline he was gracious in discounting the price. A good winter coat needed a full zipper replacement. Very happy with the work and couldn’t tell the difference from the original zipper.
