Reviews
I brought in 2 suit jackets and pants. They did a great job with the dry cleaning services. Fast turnaround, reasonable price, great customer service. Definitely a positive recommendation!
Long story short - Tide cleaners & I had a misunderstanding about cleaning a dirty silk wedding dress. They worked hard to get out all the stains, but I was disappointed with the result. The manager was very receptive to my concerns and wanted me to be satisfied. We came to an agreement, and even though the dress wasn’t completely stain-free (I doubt any cleaner would have been successful), I felt my experience with Tide Cleaners was a good one.
