Anne is an absolute gem! She's always so cheerful and friendly, and she makes every visit a pleasure. She greets me with a smile, has my clothes ready right away, and really brightens my day. On the days she's not there, her presence is definitely missed. Tide is lucky to have her!
I have had very good experiences with Tide Cleaners. My reason for a 4 is that their pricing is quite high. Yes, they have coupons once in a while that help, but to spend $40 to wash a rug that's too big for my home washer ( and I only paid $10 for it!) is quite a lot!
The both ladies at the front counter - at drop off & pickup - were very cheerful and asked how my day was going. I am very pleased with their services. I take advantage of the discounts Tide sends in an email.
