Looked for a carpet cleaning place in the north metro and found these guys. I'm very happy I picked them! Booking was super easy, found a slot the next day, selecting services online and it was confirmed. When Tim showed up he looked things over and revised it to save me money, included the steps as my "2nd Area" and got to work. Great job and I will gladly have them back.

This was the first time I used the services of My Trusted Carpet Cleaners. I had several questions and Tim was very responsive in answering all of them before I booked an appointment. He arrived on time, calling before he came.After reviewing what we wanted done, he actually reduced our estimate as he didn't feel we would need the deep cleaning we thought our pet accidents would require. Saved us over $200!Tim works fast - was done with the whole house in an hour and a half. He let us know how long it would take to dry and told us he would follow up the next day to ensure we were satisfied. Tim did a fantastic job on our new home! Tim went above and beyond his services and was very friendly to work with. He even gave us a helpful tip to get cigarette odors out of our new home. I highly recommend My Trusted Carpet Cleaners if you live in the area!
