“I hadn't had a wax in forever, so I decided to treat myself. They make you feel super comfortable, keep you distracted while they are working, and even put out a step for me to get to the table because of mobility issues (they asked about mobility ahead of time). Though their front door didn't have an electric button so that was tricky opening with the walker. Being that it was a strip mall, I don't think they have the choice because none of the stores have them.“

She’s undoubtedly Type A - meticulous with my face so she doesn’t miss any surface and carefully takes her time so I’m never worried about her injuring me while dermaplaning. She’s also generous with the products she uses - she’s not cutting corners to save costs. And lastly, after 3 visits, I can definitively say the quality of the service is consistent.“

And I see Joanna, she has been doing my Hair for 25 years and she never disappoints that's why I just love her..“

“Very clean hair studio. Joua is very welcoming and does a great job with cuts and colors. Had all my nieces and nephews request their own hair cuts and style and Joua did an amazing job on each one. I had color done on myself and she went over color swatches with me to make sure she could give me what I wanted. I also took my mom on a separate occasion and she covered all of my mom's gray hairs for an event we were going to attend. Overall Joua did an amazing job and is my entire family's go to stylist!“

“Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The owner of the salon reached out within a couple of hours from my original review. She enquired about the circumstances around my complaint. She was so apologetic and has made and offer to make things right. It is really appreciated that she took the time to reach out and attempt to solve the issue. I will be giving the salon another chance.

Scheduled an appointment for kids hair braiding. 3 hours before my appointment it was changed to a whole other date and time. THEN I was message by the stylist about changing the date due to her schedule. Went back and forth but was left on red until I arrived for my original appointment and the salon was closed. Messaged the stylist.. she finally responded and said I could have someone else do it if they were available.... again the salon was closed. Tried to call the salon to leave a message and the box was full. So unprofessional! Thanks for disappointing my 7 year old on her birthday... TRASH“
