Booking an appointment was simple, and I didn't have to call anyone. The team was professional and compassionate. I got what I came to do. I actually recommend a friend to their clinic too (site unseen based on reputation) and we were both very pleased with our visits.
I had a billing issue and was overwhelmed but after getting connected to the right people I was able to get everything sorted. I'm really grateful and appreciative that my questions were fully answered, I was not treated as an inconvenience at all, and action was taken to avoid future issues like mine. Thank you so much to the management at this location!
Dr Lisa has been amazing. I feel very well taken care of and not rushed. She has listened to all my skin concerns and made me feel heard and has created a treatment plan that has been working.
