Prior to finding Sedona I had an absolute horrible experience. And developed a terrible infection on my face when using another facility. I was hesitant to try again. Paige was amazing and assuring me that the outcome of my last experience was not normal. She reassured me that her technique was comfortable and she had never seen anything like my experience before. She is personable and truly cares about her clients and their experience. I have been seeing her now for several months and have had an amazing outcome. Very nice staff. There's certain areas of your body that require comfort and trust of staff they provide this in all services. As far as pain free? well it wasn't on my armpits but it worked amazing and only lasted while she was actively using the laser no pain or irritation afterwards. The space is small but it's very welcoming. Doesn't make you feel like you're walking into some big corporate doctors office where all you are is a number. I really appreciate this place, their prices, and their staff.

I had laser hair removal done at Sedona a few years ago and I go back every now and then for a touch up. If you are considering laser hair removal, definitely go for it. Sedona works to make it affordable and the technicians are professional and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and spa-like. I've never had a bad experience! Plus...laser hair removal works. A great investment in my opinion. Once you complete your treatment you can get touch ups - if needed - for half price. Sedona is always running specials as well. Appointments can be booked online which I appreciate. Laser hair removal itself is pretty much painless, maybe a slight sting, but much less painful...read full review
