Markita is amazing!! I’ve had some difficult waxing experiences in the past and was nervous to get another one after months of waiting, but she made it go so quick and (almost) painlessly!! She made me feel super comfortable and clearly did a great and clean job and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a bikini — especially if they’re nervous!

I routinely (every 3 weeks) got waxed by Markita D. at the Edina EWC location for 2 years from 2023-2025, and I must say I really miss seeing her since I moved away from that area! She is truly one-of-a-kind! She has an open, approachable personality, and is very considerate of her clients' specific needs, such as working with clients who have sensitive skin! I've gone to other waxing specialists at EWC who aren't as considerate of their clients' sensitive skin, and as a result my skin has lifted during the waxing process- which is extremely painful :( Markita was always extra cautious and gentle with my sensitive skin, and I never lifted with her. The Edina location has incredibly kind customer service! Kathryn, my esthetician was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable + thorough. The process from booking to payment + tipping was quick and seamless!
