“If you are looking for an honest company with no upselling, Riccar is the company to call. Our air conditioner was not working well during a recent heatwave. Riccar was able to get to us within 24 hours of us calling. Phones are answered by people, not automated services. In less than an hour Pat had our unit working again. We were afraid the verdict was going to be to immediately replace the AC. Pat made a few recommendations/suggestions to keep our HVAC working properly.“

“I wish I could give this company 100 stars. Last week, at 2:00 a.m., I woke up and discovered that our furnace stopped working. The temperatures were in the low single digits. It very was stressful. My husband went downstairs and found a sticker that had Patton Heating and Air's 24 hour number on it. We have owned this home for just a few years, so the sticker was from service done with the previous owners. At 2:00 a.m. Aaron took my husband's call and walked him through how to reset the furnace. The call took around 30 minutes. We had gotten the furnace going for that night. When their office opened the next morning, I called to schedule a technician visit. I praised Aaron and asked if we could please get a message to his manager. That's when I found out that Aaron is actually the owner! When the technician came the next day, I again expressed my gratitude to Aaron for taking our call in the middle of the night. We were distressed and he was a lifeline. His technician, Scott, shared our appreciation for Aaron, sharing that Aaron and his wife were currently on a tropical vacation celebrating their wedding anniversary. I even was further impressed and grateful by the customer service and the care we received. Aaron was humble enough to not disclose that he was the owner and on vacation. I found that out on my own and it deserves recognition. My husband and I did end up replacing our 16 year old furnace. We got top notch service from this company at every level. It's clear that they really care about service, kindness, and integrity. Patton Heating and Air has earned a customer for life. I can't reccomend them enough.“
