When we decided to replace our 20-year old HVAC system, we obtained bids from 6 different contractors. Central H & C's wasn't the lowest, but theirs was well below the average of the six. More importantly, Central's owner Dave showed the most patience of all the contractors, reviewing our HVAC needs and explaining our options. When it came to removing our old equipment and installing our new system, Dave and his assistant worked quickly and did an awesome job. Our new Bryant system performs just as well as Dave said it would - it's extremely quiet and our energy use is noticeably reduced. We highly recommend Dave and Central Heating and Cooling!
I called Dave at 9:30pm and he picked up the phone!!!! I asked if he could install a new furnace the next day as I have small children and an elderly parent living with me. Dave immediately came out to my house at 10pm to take measurements. At 8:30am the next day Dave and his colleague went to town on my furnace and by 11:30am my new furnace was installed! I am so amazed at how quickly he was able to put a new furnace in to get house nice and warm again! Thank you Central Heating & Cooling for an amazing job well done!!!!!!!!
Woke up to no heat. Troubleshooted what I could and ended up calling Dave, found via Google. He helped with another trouble shoot option over the phone and set me up for the next day for him to come out. Husband and I decided we didn’t want to wait if we didn’t have to and agreed that it was worth the after hours charge. Called Dave back and he said he would come right over and text/call when he was on his way. Very friendly and professional, and we had heat back before noon! ??✨
