“I am so thankful for the attention Patton Heating & Air gave to our emergency problem. They fit us in quicker than originally planned and went above and beyond to find and solve our problem. Our carbon monoxide detector had gone off the evening before and the gas company shut down our 3 year old water heater. Joe came out because the problem seemed to be in the venting of the water heater. Joe ended up taking a piece of sheetrock off the wall in the garage to get to a vent stack that had pulled apart (possibly during a roofing job).
