He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing, made sure there were no leaks as a result of his project and showed me how to turn the water off and bleed the line when he was finished. He was thorough and friendly and did an outstanding job.“

“This is not the big franchise Dean's! Initially when I received this referral, I was hesitant because we are only interested in working with family-owned businesses... but, I was pleasantly relieved when I went to the website and realized this is exactly the type of business we were hoping to work with.Our home's addition was getting no heat, not some - NONE! Even with this mild winter a 45-degree room is no picnic to walk into!From the very initial contact and throughout - Loren and Tony were communicative. We were able to schedule an in-home estimate quickly and within minutes Tony knew what the issue was.We received the estimate the same day and knew this was the right company to go with. We quickly returned our signed contract, 1/2 down and were put on the schedule in record time.On our scheduled day, they arrived early, ready to get to it - we were shocked when they said they were done, but the warm air which was finally coming into one of the cold rooms was proof enough, they were - done! What a relief to be able to walk throughout the house, each and every room without that slap in the face of cold.As Tony was setting up our thermostat, he realized there was a loose wire, it was no big deal to get a new thermostat installed and we were off and running!Tony, Brent & Joe were more than friendly, obviously very good at their jobs and were a joy to have in our home.
