I’ve been using The Grounds Crew for lawn mowing and have been impressed so far. Their pricing has been fair, scheduling has been easy through their online portal, and their office communication has been excellent.

What stood out most recently was how Jay handled a service concern. I brought up a few specific issues and he responded professionally, took responsibility, updated the notes on my account, and made sure the crew had clear instructions going forward. That kind of follow-through matters a lot to me.

The mowing itself has looked good, they show up reliably, and the team has been professional. I appreciate a company that is responsive, fair, and willing to correct things when needed.

Last summer (2025) they mistakenly treated my yard instead of their actual customer: my immediate next door neighbor:-) I was already using a competitive service for over five years, but was growing unhappy with the appearance of my yard. I was recovering from some VOL damage from the previous winter, and not only did the damaged areas seem to fill in quicker, but overall the grass began to thicken and have a richer green color. I was already diligent about mowing with a sharp blade, watering frequently, etc., so I have to give TruGreen credit for the transformation of my yard.
