“Just had air conditioning and furnace serviced. The technician completed work in a professional and friendly manner. Sedgwick installed our furnace and air condition 9 yaers ago. As I recall, once some sort of electrical component was diagnosed as "failing". Technician replaced on the part on the furnace before it completely malfunctioned. Other than that, always heat or cooling as needed.“
