Kirk did an outstanding job on the annual service on my boiler. A new broiler system was discussed with venting, modification of existing pipes and upfront pricing. He was on time and its my 3rd time using Wenzel.Also easy to schedule, responsive follow-up and friendly service. Thanks Wenzel!

Wenzel has been excellent when we purchased a new furnace and also in supporting the furnace. When we found out we needed a new furnace, we shopped around and Wenzel had the best price and service. They respond so quickly to email and phone requests. They are kind, friendly and treat you like a real person. We had several very poor experiences with other vendors and Wenzel has always come to the rescue. Their techs are friendly, helpful and explain issues or maintenance needs in terms that are easy to understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new furnace or maintenance on their current furnace.Services: Heating system maintenance

We have used Wenzel for years. There is no other way to put it other than exceptional. Unfortunately I have been a bit slow getting to my review.
