Jim Welch, Sales Manager, knows his products. He introduced one that resembled our old vacuum. It is made in the USA and has about 40% more suction power than our old one. We talked for quite awhile as he gave all the info for the vacuum we bought. He was straight forward and helpful in many respects about things I might not have thought of. He answered all
our questions. It was actually a very easy experience. It has a holiday special pricing now. That helped.
