I called the store as I had the wrong address a couple minutes before 5pm closing. Michael answered the phone, gave me the correct address and told me he would stay late and wait for me 10minutes to get there….I got there and I showed him the 2 vaccuum cleaners, in a couple minutes he had assessed the issues fixed one of them and identified the ”get-well-plan” for the other…It was clear I had just met a man who was best in the business and at the top of his game of vacuum cleaner.
